Grow Mental Health
Grow Mental Health
We are a community of people drawn together by our first-hand experiences of mental health challenges. Having found practical ways of helping each other recover from mental health challenges or life struggles we developed what we refer to as The Grow Program.
We meet weekly in locations all over Ireland and Online. All our group supports are free for over 18’s, no referral needed, no waiting lists and our meetings are confidential and carried out in a supportive setting.
- We provide a space where people can tell their story in a confidential and friendly setting that encourage positive action through shared wisdom and practical guidance.
- We also deliver Mental Health Education Programs both within the community and the workplace.
The aim of these programs is to increase awareness of Mental Health, to outline the relevance of Mental Health in our daily lives and to focus on the importance of maintaining one’s own Mental Health and general sense of wellbeing.
