We are national level non-profit organisation dedicated to providing up-to-date information, resources and community building opportunities to individuals with ADHD, as well as parents of children with ADHD and the professionals who serve the ADHD community.
We provide psychoeducational and psychosocial support and work to raise awareness & acceptance of the condition.
We offer a support line and email advice service, information webinars, awareness talks, peer-to-peer support groups for all, teen/adult self-development & parenting courses, also social and creative events.
