Twilight CG was established for the promotion, integration, and social inclusion of everyone in our communities, focusing in particular on the needs of immigrants, ethnic minorities, disadvantaged and disability groups.

Through their International Cultural House they offer services, projects and training programmes for all local, national and the diverse international communities now making Kilkenny their home. All programmes are developed in collaboration with the communities to ensure that they meet the needs of all.
