Group Triple P is a supportive parenting programme delivered over five sessions for mothers of children aged 0-12 years living in Kilkenny and Carlow who have experienced domestic abuse or coercive control. The programme provides positive, practical parenting strategies to help manage everyday challenges, support children’s development, build confidence, and create calmer family routines. Participants can connect with other mothers in a welcoming and supportive environment, and individual one-to-one support is available on completion of the programme if required.
