Family learning is an approach to engaging parents, guardians and carers in learning that has an impact on the whole family. Family Learning programmes focus on intergenerational learning within the family and community setting. The goal of family Learning is to encourage confident lifelong learners and to foster a positive view of education within the home.
When families learn together, it positively impacts outcomes for children.
