Have you a concern about how your partner/ex-partner is treating you?

“It’s Complicated” is a free service for men who feel they might be in an unhealthy relationship, or who may be experiencing hostility or abuse. This could be from a current/ex partner, difficult break up, separation, divorce or even a family member.

We are there to support you, until you can support yourself

We will support you on a one to one basis and also provide a step-down programme to continue supporting you into the future. We will be very flexible in a way that best supports you. Our professional staff are there to make sure you are heard. We also offer support to concerned family members and friends.

Reach out Today

We can assure you a very warm welcome when you take that brave step to reach out to us. You do not need to prepare anything beforehand, we will work together and figure this out over time as we get to know each other. Abuse can take many forms and some are not as obvious as you might think. This service is provided free of charge

How we can help?
We offer a range of supports, from one to one work or counselling, support through the legal process, and helping inform you of your options.
