✔ Explore the factors that influence their child’s mental health and wellbeing
✔ Learn how resilience develops — and how to nurture it at home
✔ Gain practical ways to support their child through everyday stresses as they arise
𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 (𝘃𝗶𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹):
🕙 10am or 7.30pm
📆 Monday 19th – Friday 23rd January 2026
(Choose the date and time that suits your family best)
